At the end of the school year in June, Jaden was in another class play. Because he changed classes in the middle of the year, he got to participate in two plays in the year. This time he was Toto in the Wizard of Oz. Every day he would come home complaining about practicing the play. Lets just say that anything to do with the arts is not Jaden's cup of tea. He is more of a math and science type of guy. Even though he complained about being in the play I think he had a good time during the play. He even got to be in the opening of the play with Hannah (his secret crush) while she sang "Somewhere over the Rainbow" (the bottom, middle picture)
With Jaden's love and passion for the computer, Corbin wanted to let Jaden have the experience of building his own machine. So they both did research and ordered parts to build a computer. In order to do this Jaden had to pay for some of it and give up a lot of things on the Xbox. We are hoping that with the computer he will eventually start coding games and such. He already is above and beyond me with his knowledge of computers. He is so much like Corbin :)
We had Claire in swimming lessons in June. She is like a little fish. She loves to be in the water and she catches on pretty fast. I didn't take pictures during her lessons but I did take my camera to take a couple pictures while at the pool one day. Pool pictures are hard with the sun and reflections off the water so maybe I'll get some more later this summer.

Jaden looked great in his costume. Glad he is learning how to be a "good sport" even when he doesn't want to do things--seems that is an important skill to have in life! Glad he and Corbin got to build a computer, too. Such great things he is learning--already! Fun pictures swimming, too. It is amazing how fast summer goes--it's almost over already1
